All commercial premises legally require a Commercial Energy Performance Certificate.

The certificate needs to be carried out once every ten years.

Like the Commercial Energy Performance Certificates, the DEC’s are available for public buildings such as schools. A DEC has to be legally displayed in public buildings and needs to be updated once a year.

We have a specialised team that takes care of assessing asbestos. The most common type of asbestos is 'Type 2' and we can arrange for our assessor to carry out a very thorough survey.

Kingsby Energy Assessors can carry out your domestic or commercial energy assessment and produce your property's Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The energy assessment will be carried out by a licensed Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
